About
My research focuses on the ecological and evolutionary consequences of mutualistic interactions between animals and plants. I am interested in understanding how coevolution shapes mega-diverse communities like tropical forests, where plant-animal mutualisms for pollination and seed dispersal play a fundamental role. I study the consequences of plant-animal interactions in terms of effects on plant demography, genetic structure and persistence. My main research lines include field ecology, molecular genetics, and theoretical ecology.
