I work at The Heritage Laboratory (LaPa) at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). My research focuses on the study and management of Cultural Heritage, and the rural archaeology and rural landscapes of NW Iberia.

Other areas of interest for me are: the processes of traditionalization and heritage formation, and the study of Cultural Landscapes

I am currently developing (in collaboration with other Department colleagues) a study on the Cultural Heritage of the 'Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park'.

I have recently undertaken (2009) a survey on the ethnographic and archaeological heritage of the Isle of Ons (Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park).
